This is a Business Development Services (BDS) database with a client user interface application mainly for broad use by Ghanaian Small or Medium Enterprise (SME) business. The purpose is to provide a one-stop shop for businesses or SMEs looking to identify sources of service support from BDS such as branding and packaging, marketing, business management and operations, etc. to improve business growth. The data included in the portal when registered will include detailed profile of the BDS provider and pathways to connect with them either via email, phone, etc. Therefore in summary SMEs can easily access the services of BDS providers through this portal and also assess the performance or quality of service rendered to customer (SME).
